The Role You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and licences Property finance and secured lending transactions Development work, including site assembly and disposals Portfolio management for investors and corporate clients Supporting clients across a variety of sectors You will also work closely with colleagues across corporate, banking and construction teams to deliver integrated, commercially focused advice.
