Learning Support Assistant
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Ready to join a school that actually values its support staff? A friendly secondary school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work across KS3 and KS4, helping students who need extra boosts in core subjects and confidence.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting students in class and during independent tasks
* Helping with literacy, numeracy, and study skills
* Working alongside teachers to adapt learning where needed
* Being that reliable, calm presence students can count on
What the school is looking for:
* Someone supportive, patient, and organised
* A great communicator who knows how to motivate teenagers
* Experience in education or youth work is helpful, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
