My client is a growing landing gear MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) company based in Hayes, and we're looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join their hydraulic workshop team. What We're Looking For: Strong hand skills and mechanical aptitude Experience using hand tools and power tools confidently and safely Good attention to detail A practical, can-do attitude Reliability and willingness to learn An engineering or aviation qualification is favourable, but it is not as important as practical ability and hands-on experience. The Role You will be working within our landing gear overhaul facility, supporting the disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of aircraft hydraulic components. Training will be provided.
