If you’re at your best when you’re right in the heart of a village community, this one’s got your name on it! The Griffin Inn is a beautiful country pub with a brilliant base to build from — inside is a two-room operation with the space and flexibility to create distinct experiences for locals and destination visitors alike.
This Griffin a is currently averaging £4,500 in wet sales per week, but there is clear, realistic headroom to grow. T here’s a lovely kitchen and a local market to properly take advantage of with a strong, consistent food offer. Community and occasions – there is huge potential to drive sales through music, local village activities, and a proper “what’s on” rhythm that keeps people coming back. Outside there is a garden space to shout about – there’s also strong scope to lean into the pub’s look and feel (grapevines grow up the front of the pub)- to really make the most of the garden/kerb appeal in marketing all the Griffin has to offer.
