BaptistCare is seeking a senior leader to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO) as the Transformation Change and Communications Lead. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the charge on enterprise-wide change and communication strategies, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered and adopted successfully. You’ll engage, equip, and support stakeholders at every step, partnering with senior leaders, project teams, and service streams to drive readiness, alignment, and lasting behavioural change. Your leadership will uplift capability, foster strategic alignment, and spark a culture of innovation and collaboration across BaptistCare. Your key responsibilities will see you designing and implementing impactful change strategies, crafting clear and inspiring communications, and empowering leaders and teams to excel in change leadership. You’ll champion continuous improvement, work closely with internal and external partners for seamless delivery, and model BaptistCare’s Christian Identity and values in all you do. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Change Management, Business, or related field. • Proven experience leading enterprise change and communication strategies in large, complex organisations. • Deep knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter). • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Leadership experience in capability uplift, communications planning, and change enablement. • Proficiency in communication and project management tools (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint). • Formal certification in change management or communications strategy desirable. • Experience in aged care, health, community services, or not-for-profit sectors preferred.
