Your New Role
Implements and performs a variety of payroll administrative processes and tasks including employee time record-keeping and payroll. Often handles sensitive employee and company information, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
What You Can Expect from the Role
This family develops, refines, and implements the financial policies, plans, measures and controls to safeguard and accurately report on the financial results of the business
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Organises and prepares accurate payroll information to meet processing deadlines. Responsible for gathering and summarising data for special reports
Delivers accurate and timely processing of timesheet information to support payroll process
Builds effective working relationships within the internal client organisation, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues
Creates and ensures compliance with document management system guidelines, ensuring appropriate timekeeping data is recorded and managed
Resolves queries from internal customers by providing appropriate payroll information, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy and ensuring adherence to data protection and company data access guidelines
Initiates and monitors the payroll onboarding and/or offboarding processes, to ensure all payroll files are completed and accurate, checked and delivered efficiently to agreed timelines
Develops knowledge and understanding of Survitec’s policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
Obtains authorisation from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions to mandatory procedure

Essential Criteria:
Educated to High School / Further Education level, with 2 A Levels or equivalent
Relevant experience in a similar role
Desirable Criteria:
CIPP qualification
