We’re growing, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Northern retail estate of superstores. The Role As Regional Manager – North, you'll take full ownership of the performance, compliance and development of stores across your region. You'll inspire and lead high-performing teams, deliver outstanding customer experience, and drive improvements that create real impact. You’ll report to the Head of Retail and be a key player in supporting retail growth, innovation and excellence across the business.
