To undertake planned and reactive Refrigeration maintenance works alongside the Refrigeration team whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
Principle Accountabilities
* Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Delivery of planned and reactive Refrigeration maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed project specification and within agreed timescales.
* Liaison with the supervisor or Account Manager, at all times striving to ensure that maintenance works are delivered on time and to the agreed.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures, or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues follow safe systems of work on site.
* Identification and resolution of repair, maintenance and installation issues that may affect programme delivery.
* Ensuring company vehicle (where provided) is kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required.
* Comply with any other reasonable management instruction.
Key Performance Indicators
* Delivery of works in compliance with the agreed specification within agreed timescales.
* Achieve and maintain 100% H & S and job-related competence.
* Maintenance of company vehicle (where applicable).
Good Standard of General Education
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) or equivalent (Preferred)
* City & Guilds (2079) F - Gas (Essential)
* H&S Awareness for Operatives
* Previous exposure to operating within a Retail Refrigeration maintenance environment- Preferably
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
