Our client: Over 10 hotels in their portfolio across the Island of Ireland, offering 4/5-star accommodation. Based in Belfast City Centre with work currently undergoing on the development of the site, this hotel will be an exciting addition to the city and will truly set itself apart with its bright and stylish design. Delivers an innovative approach to hospitality while offering affordable options to their guests. The role: With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Manager will: Be part of a brand-new team, in a brand-new hotel, at its core driving new sales and driving maximise revenue. Develop strategic partnerships, acquire new clients, all while delivering the exemplary, exceptional service. Work side-by-side with internal teams, ensuring sales efforts completely align with the brand, and the propertys objectives. The person: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years in hotel sales roles and demonstrable evidence of meeting and exceeding targets. Able to think strategically and tenacious in delivering results. Knowledge of the Belfast market/regional hospitality will be a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, and the ability to negotiate. Experienced in CRM systems, MS Office packages, and property management tools. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, to think on your feet and can adapt quickly. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. On offer: Salary - up to £39,000 per year.
