The Role
We're looking for a Development Coach to join us in January 2026 who has the passion and expertise to guide the next generation of leaders and managers on a brand-new programme. As a Development Coach, you'll:
* Deliver Leadership, Management and Coaching apprenticeships up to Level 6, through engaging, virtual sessions.
* Inspire and support a caseload of up to 48 learners across a wide range of clients, tailoring your coaching to every individual.
* Champion innovation including the smart use of AI and digital tools to elevate the learner experience.
* Play an active role in quality assurance and peer collaboration, helping us set the standard in our industry.
* Ensure compliance with DfE funding and safeguarding regulations, keeping learners safe and supported at every step.
* Bring curiosity and industry insight to your work, keeping our approach fresh and cutting-edge.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who's not only qualified but also energised by the idea of shaping the leaders of tomorrow. You'll need:
Essential
* Leadership & Management qualification at Level 5 but ideally Level 6
* Teaching qualification (min. Level 3)
* Assessor award (D32/D33, A1 or TAQA)
* Functional Skills L2 (English & Maths)
* Experience delivering Level 3 & Level 5 Leadership and Management standards
* At least 3 years' management experience in industry
* Experience supporting learners through EPA and Functional Skills
* Solid safeguarding knowledge
Desirable
* Leadership & Management at Level 7
* Coaching qualification at Level 5+
* Experience delivering Improvement Leader (Level 6) and/or Improvement Practitioner (Level 4)
