What You'll Do
* Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to ensure outstanding service and brand compliance.
* Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, maintaining Premier Inn’s reputation.
* Identify commercial opportunities and drive improvements to align with the hotel’s broader goals.
* Maintain health and safety standards and oversee food service quality.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment, with a track record of leading teams to success.
* Strong leadership and passion for customer service.
* Excellent team management, communication skills and ability to build trust at all levels.
* Commitment to safety and high service standards.
