Sacco Mann are working with an award-winning national law firm who are looking to bring in an experienced Chartered Legal Executive to join their Litigation team based in Leeds. This department has a large focus on property litigation, so the firm are looking to see applications from those who can demonstrate solid property litigation experience. Joining the team, you will be working on a caseload of predominately residential property litigation claims including property damage, nuisance, and trespass, with the odd commercial dispute. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home per week. To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive, with 2 - 5 years' experience within Property Litigation.
