Are you the kind of person who finds joy in a perfectly filed folder? Do you get a buzz from keeping things organised and running like a well-oiled machine? If so, weâve got just the role for you!
WPS is on the lookout for a Document Controller to support our brilliant Senior Design Manager and keep our projects on track. Based in the historic market town of Newbury, youâll be the go-to expert for all things document-related.
đ§© What youâll be doing:
1. Issuing, distributing, and maintaining controlled documents like a pro
2. Liaising with designers and specialist suppliers to keep information flowing
3. Training project teams on how to use our drawing management system (youâll be the system sensei!)
4. Troubleshooting drawing issues and solving problems before anyone else even spots them
5. Using top-notch collaboration tools to keep everything on track
đŻ What weâre looking for:
6. An experienced document controller who knows their way around contract documentation
7. Someone with a good grasp of environmental legislation, risk management, and life cycle cost
8. A calm, organised communicator who can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat

To be successful in this role you will have a keen eye for detail with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, along with a âcan doâ approach.
