Driving regular attendance to achieve performance standards Creating fun and inspirational classes for all fitness levels Upsell other class concepts, referrals, and promotions within Fitness First Keeping yourself accountable and up to date with current fitness trends. About You What are we looking for… Level 2 Exercise to music/ Level 2 Fitness Instructor (compulsory) Level 3 Fitness Qualification (highly desirable) Les Mills Qualifications (highly desirable) Minimum 1 year of teaching (Full time/Part Time) Approachable, friendly, and engaging personalities. Adaptable, creative and positively proactive. C ontinuous development and knowledge in the fitness industry.
