Summary

£31,* up to £39,*( pro-rata) per annum | 24 hour contract | 30 days holiday | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

We're looking for someone to join us in the office every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8AM to 5PM. We love our collaborative environment, so this role is fully on-site.

We are looking for a confident and motivated part time, Property Administrator who will be the forefront of Lidl GB’s expansion plans in the London region whilst maintaining the smooth running of the Property Office in Battersea Power Station.

You’ll support the Head of Department, as well as providing administrative support to the wider acquisitions and construction team.

What you'll do

1. Finance management: raise purchase orders, manage cashflow, petty cash and process invoices
2. Manage team inbox
3. Prepare reports, executive summaries and other paperwork
4. Pro-actively manage diaries, events, meetings and agendas
5. Maintain databases
6. Handle telephone calls, emails and post
7. Monitoring & cascade of domestic & international communications
8. Prepare legal paperwork for signature and processing
9. General office management tasks as required
10. You will be in the office Three days, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 8AM to 5PM

What you'll need

11. Excellent proven admin or secretarial experience, ideally in the property sector would be desirable
12. Great literacy and numerical skills and a real eye for detail
13. A flair for organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
14. Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
15. Compentent computer skills, and use of the Google suite would be advantageous
16. Able to work in the office three days Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 8AM to 5PM
17. Ability to thrive working in a fast paced environment
