A fast-growing, ambitious business based in Twyford is looking to recruit a driven Account Manager to join the team in January.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, account management or business development who enjoys building long-term client relationships and working towards clear, achievable targets.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will be managing warm inbound enquiries and engaged clients, owning your own portfolio and contributing to the company’s growth plans for 2026 and beyond.

Key responsibilities
• Respond to inbound warm sales enquiries
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts
• Achieve individual and team sales and margin targets
• Manage your pipeline using CRM and KPI tools
• Deliver a professional, consultative sales approach

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated by targets, commission and progression
• Able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Positive, ambitious and resilient
