Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Second-hand Laptops & MacBooks

Job Purpose
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of second-hand laptops and MacBooks through direct market visits, vendor/customer engagement, and shop operations. The role requires proactive sales, effective relationship management, and coordination with the Head Office for smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Market Development
* Carry 5–7 second-hand laptops and MacBooks daily for market visits and demonstrations.
* Actively sell products to walk-in customers and vendors.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities.
* Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
2. Shop Operations
* Open and close the Patna shop as per company guidelines.
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper display of products in the shop.
* Handle vendor/customer meetings at the shop when required.
3. Inventory Management
* Maintain accurate records of stock, including incoming and outgoing devices.
* Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of laptops and MacBooks.
* Update daily inventory records in the prescribed format.
4. Coordination with Head Office
* Raise timely requests for stock replenishment or additional devices.
* Share clear and prompt communication regarding inventory shortages and customer requirements.
* Escalate urgent matters immediately to the Head Office.
5. Customer & Vendor Relations
* Attend to vendors and customers visiting the shop and close sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
* Collect feedback and share requirements with management.
6. Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain a daily sales and travel log, including customer/vendor meetings and sales details.
* Submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports to the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
* Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant sales experience (preferred in electronics, or retail).
* Minimum 1–3 years of field sales or retail experience.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle customers and vendors professionally.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
* Must own an Android smartphone and two-wheeler for daily field visits.

Pay: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per month
