Salary: £25,000 per annum • FTC until the end of December 2026 • Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday between 8am – 8pm
About the role
Join our team at Tructyre and apply your customer service skills in a role where every call matters. We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our busy Customer Experience Centre (CEC). If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.
The Customer Service Advisor Role
* Taking inbound customer calls and creating work requests.
* Making outbound calls to depots to schedule jobs and provide updates.
* Producing accurate invoices using our internal systems and customer platforms.
* Resolving queries and complaints with ownership and urgency.
* Communicating across phone, email, and customer portals.
* Meeting individual and team KPIs such as call handling, accuracy, and productivity.
Essential Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Confident using computer systems (including Microsoft Excel).
* Experience handling high volumes of calls in a busy environment.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
* Experience working with SLAs and KPIs.
* Previous call centre or office admin experience.
* Knowledge of UK geography and mapping systems.
