A Little More About Your Role… This is a pivotal role within our Talent Development team, where you\'ll shape the entire learner journey from programme design to delivery ensuring it\'s engaging, intuitive, and impactful. As Head of Learning Experience, you’ll collaborate not only across our region but also globally, sharing best practices and driving the implementation of international learning initiatives. If you\'re passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and influencing global talent strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

Day to day you will

* Drive and continuously improve the overall user experience to ensure it is intuitive, accessible, and engaging for our people.
* Oversee onboarding processes for new starters and those moving into new roles, reflecting our EVP; collaborate with Employee Experience and HSEQ teams to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
* Manage content on L&D intranet pages, curate content, and create learning journeys in our Learning Management System and other digital learning platforms.
* Support the L&D team with the adoption of our learning technology into the design of learning solutions to provide a holistic and engaging offering.
* Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of learning content, adopting agile and waterfall methodologies; roll out global digital training initiatives.
* Define and manage an efficient process for external training; ensure accurate recording of external training in the LMS and work with Procurement to quality assess vendors for high-volume training.
* Line-manage and develop the L&D Co-ordinator and Instructional Design Consultant to deliver digital learning priorities and provide seamless service to those seeking L&D support.
* Gather accurate Management Information (MI) on usage, engagement, and completion from LMS and other platforms, analysing it for trends and opportunities to continuously improve the learner experience.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…

* Proven track record of strategic and operational L&D delivery, including evaluation of impact.
* Experience in digital learning strategy, design and implementation.
* Knowledge of User Experience (UX) methods and practices applicable to learning experience.
* Working knowledge of a global LMS (Oracle preferred).
* Proven ability to build trust and credibility as part of the leadership team, working cross-functionally to deliver on commitments and drive results.
* Strong ability to gather and support accurate management information for a data-driven approach to learning needs analysis; identifying trends to deliver value-added solutions to operational challenges.
* Experience leading and collaborating with both in-person and virtual teams, contributing to a strong team culture across UK HR and senior leadership groups.
* Experience managing teams across multiple time zones with strong communication, coordination, and team cohesion.
