The Role
* Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord & tenant matters, and property finance.
* Manage your own caseload with autonomy while contributing to larger, complex transactions.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the growth of the department.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
* Strong technical knowledge and practical experience across a broad range of real estate matters.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
* A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a busy team.
