Overview
Kingston College are seeking a Curriculum Administrator to provide administrative support to the Schools, Sections, Lecturers, Technical staff, Principal, Senior Management Team and students to enable the effective delivery of the curriculum and associated activities, ensuring that the students can flourish in the College environment and achieve their personal learning goals.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update timetables, registers and attendance data using College systems and process pay advice for sessional staff.
* Maintain accurately and timely student learning programme data in response to all funding streams.
* Provide administrative support for School related functions including Attendance, Performance and Academic (APA) process, cover arrangements, student references, student attendance, collating and issuing student progress reports and organising parent consultation evenings and purchase ordering.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Excellent administrative skills including knowledge of office procedures, constructing letters and strong telephone and communication skills.
* Methodical and highly organised; able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, prioritising tasks and being assertive when required.
* Flexible and able to manage change; excellent IT skills including internet applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook mail-merge and label runs; familiar with MIS systems.
