Based at the Visitor Centre at our Lackford Lakes nature reserve - near Bury St Edmunds - this role is central to engaging local people with wildlife and inspiring communities and schools in West Suffolk to take action for nature. This role has three key areas of focus: Creating opportunities for children, young people, adults and families to connect with nature Ensuring visitors have a welcoming and memorable experience at Lackford Lakes Promoting and celebrating our engagement opportunities using the Trust's digital platforms If you know how to enable others to engage with and connect to nature this could be your next career move. You will have experience of working in a customer-facing setting, excellent digital communications skills and an enthusiasm for harnessing digital opportunities to reach and engage a diverse range of people.
