We’re hiring Early Morning Baristas to join our Starbucks team at Edinburgh Airport. If you're an early riser who loves great coffee, fast-paced work, and creating feel-good moments for customers, this role is for you.

About the Role
As an Early Morning Barista, you will:
* Prepare hot and cold Starbucks beverages to brand standards
* Deliver friendly, fast and personalised customer service
* Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment
* Work confidently in a busy, high-energy airport location
* Learn new skills, recipes and ways of working through our full training programme
About You
We’re looking for people who:
* Can work from 2:30am or earlier
* Enjoy working with people and staying active
* Bring positive energy and a great attitude
* Can provide 5 years of references and pass a Criminal Record Check
* Are 18+ (required for some tasks and handling alcohol)
Previous barista or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential — we’ll train you.
