Description

Xeinadin SC Limited, formally KBSP, are a North London based accountancy practice specialising in tailored accounting and tax services for businesses and individuals. We work with businesses of all sizes but are particularly dedicated to helping SMEs and startups achieve their full potential. From establishing company structures to managing corporation tax returns, we give smaller companies the support they need to grow into big ones.

We are currently looking for an assistant to help us deliver a company secretarial services on a part-time basis (2.5 days ideally spread over the 5 day week).

Key Responsibilities

Incorporations-Taking instructions from a Partner and liaising with the client and the external company formation team.

Setting up statutory files-Setting up the statutory files for any new clients which are Companies. Ensuring that the information currently filed at Companies House for these Companies is correct and being able to highlight and rectify information which is not correct.

Being the first point of contact for clients with queries and managing them appropriately

Other general administrative duties required ad-hoc in the office

Key Requirements

No technical company secretarial experience is required but must be fluent in MS office Word, Excel and Outlook

A confident and professional manner

Openness to learning new software
