Head of Outbound Sales – Luxury Corporate Events
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Uncapped Commission
Our client, a high-growth business in the luxury corporate events space, is looking for a Head of Outbound Sales to lead and elevate their outbound B2B sales team.
This is a full-time, in-office leadership role and you'll work directly with the founders and own the outbound sales function — coaching, structuring, and scaling a team that delivers premium experiences to top-tier clients. From the Monaco Grand Prix to bespoke Premier League boxes, their offerings are all about exclusivity and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a fast-paced outbound sales team across sport, music, travel, and bespoke events
* Set daily structure, coach in real-time, and track performance using CRM and live dashboards
* Own team development: from onboarding and training to progression and promotion
* Work with leadership on commercial strategy, reporting, and campaign execution
* Foster a high-performance, feedback-driven sales culture
What They’re Looking For:
* 3+ years leading outbound B2B sales teams (events, hospitality, or similar sectors preferred)
* Coaching-first leadership style — hands-on with performance, hands-off with closing
* Strong grasp of sales metrics, team dynamics, and cultural influence
* Comfortable driving urgency, resilience, and output on a live sales floor
