Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office, 3 from home
Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the accounts payable ledger -
2. Processing supplier invoices
3. Supplier statement reconciliations
4. Managing expenses
5. Resolving queries and looking after shared inbox
6. Account reconciliations
7. Stock management - handling payments and receipt postings
Required experience/background:
8. Previous experience of maintaining an accounts payable ledger/processing purchase invoices
9. High level of accuracy
10. Excellent communication
11. Ability to work well in a team
12. Excellent organisational skills
