What you’ll bring
* Significant experience in quality assurance within a regulated manufacturing environment
* Experience with root cause analysis tools such as FMEA, 5Y’s, Fishbone, or 8D
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings
* Familiarity with Lean principles and data‑driven improvement techniques
* Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, HNC, or Degree) is desirable
What you’ll be doing
* Playing a key role in NPI activity, ensuring quality is built into products right from concept stage
* Contributing to Lean and continuous improvement projects
* Supporting Project, Engineering, and Purchasing in maintaining full traceability and conformance documentation around NPI
