Senior UX/UI Designer (Embedded – JLR, 6-Month Contract)
Client-side operator, immediate impact
Role Summary
A UX/UI designer embedded within Jaguar Land Rover’s internal UX team, responsible for delivering high-quality digital experiences across key platforms and supporting ongoing optimisation and delivery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Work directly within JLR’s UX and product teams on live digital products and customer journeys
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI across web and logged-in experiences
* Translate requirements into clear, production-ready design outputs
* Align all work to JLR design systems, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines
* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
* Support rapid iteration cycles across active projects
* Contribute to usability improvements and optimisation initiatives
Required Experience
* 5+ years UX/UI experience in enterprise, agency, or in-house digital teams
* Strong experience designing for large-scale websites or digital ecosystems
* Proven ability to work within established design systems
* Advanced Figma and Adobe CC skills (components, prototyping, dev handoff)
* Experience working embedded with client-side teams or stakeholders
