* Lead the development of the Building Surveying service delivery and its growth.
* Lead and manage a team of building surveyors.
* Develop new business in a consultancy or private practice context.
Qualifications
* Highly experienced Building Surveyor from a Consultancy or Private Practice background.
* MRICS qualified.
* Strong track record in service delivery, team leadership and new business development.
