Vision for Education is looking for Trainee Behaviour Mentors to join our team in Bristol. No prior experience is needed — just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, a full UK driving licence, and a genuine desire to support children with additional needs.

About the Role
As a Trainee Behaviour Mentor, you will:
Support students with special educational needs.
Build positive, consistent relationships and act as a role model.
Help manage behaviour and keep pupils engaged in learning.
Work 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of experienced staff.
Receive full training including safeguarding – free of charge.
This is a supply role with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
About the School
The schools are specialist settings across Bristol that provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils who require additional emotional or behavioural support. The team is highly supportive and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
Due to the nature of the role and schools locations, having access to a vehicle and the ability to drive is essential.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Have a genuine passion for working with children or young people.
Be patient, resilient, and open to learning.
Be willing to take on training and professional development.
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
Be available for full-time work, Monday to Friday, during term time.
