1. Substantial NHS Experience, Working knowledge of a range of Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and MS Office applications,
2. Experience of staff management, including objective setting and appraisal, performance review & people development .
3. Knowledge of RTT & Cancer targets

4. Knowledge of Cerner, ERS and other Hospital computer systems
