Netmore is expanding our LoRaWAN network and we’re looking for a driven, people‑oriented Network Growth Manager to help us secure rooftops, commercial properties, and other prime locations for gateway installation.

What You’ll Do
* Door-to-Door Acquisition – Visit commercial buildings, residential rooftops, and strategic properties to secure agreements.
* Outreach & Relationship Building – Call and connect with property owners, landlords, and businesses to identify and secure sites.
* Negotiate & Close – Present benefits, agree on terms, and secure long‑term access for LoRaWAN deployment.
* Coordinate Site Surveys – Work with technical teams to assess suitability and ensure smooth integration.
* Track & Report – Keep detailed records, manage leads, and hit acquisition targets on time.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
* 5+ years in sales, real estate, or customer‑facing roles (telecoms or door‑to‑door a plus)
* Proven success in securing sites or business through direct outreach
Skills
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – able to make tech easy to understand
* Strong negotiator with a track record of closing deals
* Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
* Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (or willingness to learn)
* Friendly, approachable, and engaging
* Results‑driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
* Independent yet collaborative team player
* Adaptable problem‑solver in a fast‑paced environment
