Responsibilities
* Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, aligning with our business requirements.
* Participate in software development, including coding, testing, and implementation, using various programming languages.
* Maintain and enhance our existing software systems.
* Implement and test new systems, and conduct training sessions for users.
* Manage automated data imports from external sources and ensure data integrity.
* Administer and maintain the smooth operation of our current systems, including hardware management and troubleshooting.
* Work closely with defined project requirements and collaborate on group projects.
* Uphold high standards for quality and timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills
* Deep understanding of IT systems, encompassing both software and hardware components.
* Ability to effectively analyse and interpret systems and processes.
* Competence in data management across various formats.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
* Strong mathematical and technical documentation capabilities.
* Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
* Willingness to learn and develop skills for legacy systems.
