Job Overview
As Agile Delivery Lead for our Data Team, you’ll be the driving force behind turning data into decisions. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, analysts, and scientists to deliver smart, scalable data products—from pipelines and dashboards to machine learning models and governance frameworks. You’ll keep things moving, remove blockers, and make sure we’re always focused on what matters most: delivering real value to the business. Responsibilities
* You’ll keep delivery on track across our data squads—whether it’s engineers, analysts, scientists or BI devs—making sure outputs land smoothly and add real value.
* You’ll work with leads to prioritise the right stuff, align with wider tech teams, and keep things moving at pace.
* From gathering clear requirements to running agile ceremonies and sprint planning, you’ll bring structure without slowing us down.
* You’ll track progress, spot risks early, and make sure quality’s baked in.
* When something’s not working, you’ll fix it fast—always looking for smarter ways to deliver.
Qualifications
* Agile for Data - You get how data projects work: evolving requirements, discovery phases, and the need to flex agile ways of working to fit.
* Stakeholder Management - You’re great at translating between business needs and technical solutions, running workshops, and keeping expectations in check.
* Problem Solving - You know how to unblock issues, cut through ambiguity, and help the team tackle tricky data challenges.
* Team Culture - You build safe, open environments where people share knowledge, learn together, and grow.
* Adaptability - You stay pragmatic and flexible, adjusting plans as priorities shift—without losing momentum.
* Data Governance Awareness - You understand the importance of privacy, security, and compliance, and know how to keep data safe and trusted.
