Responsibilities
* Carry out day‑to‑day recruitment activities.
* Provide recruitment advice and solutions to service users on a range of recruitment process and procedures related enquiries.
* Support the Business Support Manager (Recruitment) in establishing processes and systems of work within Staff Bank Recruitment Team.
* Contribute to the NHS Lothian’s Recruitment Services agenda as necessary.
