💷 Pay: Up to £35.00 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role:
Bradford Children and Families Trust is looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Fostering Assessment Team. You will play a key role in safeguarding children by carrying out private fostering and fostering assessments - helping to ensure that children have safe, supportive, and loving placements.
What You'll Do:
👶 Lead and conduct thorough fostering and private fostering assessments
🔍 Ensure all fostering arrangements meet safeguarding standards
🤝 Work closely with children, families, foster carers, and partner agencies
📋 Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to support decision-making
🏢 Hybrid working model - mainly remote with essential office days for teamwork and meetings
