Our integrated approach to Will & Trust planning covers legal, financial and practical needs in order to deliver better outcomes for customers and families. Our industry-leading service and technology-support is recognised by over 1,000 financial advisers who are our principal introducers.

Role summary

Kinherit is growing its introducer base rapidly and is looking for a Telephone Account Manager (or Business Development Manager or BDM), to join its sales function.

The role will be principally telephone-based, with virtual and webinar presentation where appropriate, and principally delivered from the office in Bradley Stoke. After probation the option of 2 days a week WFH will be available.

You will be expected to build a good grasp of unregulated legal products such as Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, and be proficient at explaining how the Kinvault technology supports introducers and their clients.

Experience

Required

* Confidence in speaking to introducers over the telephone and video
* A motivated, resilient and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a difference as part of a team
* A proven track record in sales and account management
* Effective communication and organisational skills
* Experience within the Estate Planning or Financial Services Industry
* Experience working in an office environment
* Knowledge and contacts within the IFA or mortgage advisor industry
* Experience of working with Financial Advisers

Attributes

* Excellent verbal communication skills, and ability to engage with professional introducers via telephone and video
* Excellent attention to detail, both verbal and written, to ensure data accuracy
* Able to manage and liaise with multiple introducers at different stages on different tasks
* Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
* Ability to work as a team and independently
* Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and other IT systems and quick to pick up new systems
* Comfortable with self lead generation

Package

* Annual salary of £24 -£35’000 (reviewed annually and experience dependant)
* Discretionary target orientated quarterly bonus

Key areas of responsibility

* Relationship management, create, develop and manage key introducers to promote Kinherit and drive client referrals
* Using telephone and webinar, you will promote the Kinherit proposition
* Communicate to our distributors with a clear understanding of the marketplace and industry developments
* Continually improve and update product and market place knowledge
* Maintain the sales database
* Generally support the rest of the sales team
* Extract opportunities from our dormant introducer database

Kinherit is a Wills & Trusts provider at the high-quality end, giving advice via STEP qualified specialists, and providing industry-leading customer support via the Kinvault technology platform.

Our principal strategy is to find customers via professional introducers – in particular wealth managers and independent financial advisors. As a Telephone Account Manager you are at the forefront of making and securing these relationships
