Job Description
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
3. Processing purchase invoices
4. Matching purchase orders
5. Posting supplier invoices
6. Preparing payment runs
7. Allocating cash
8. Statement reconciliations
9. Bank reconciliations
10. Query resolution
11. Financial administration
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Assistant should have:
12. A proven track record within a similar role
13. AAT level 2 or above (desirable)
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. A strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
16. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
17. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
18. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
