Overview
Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Job Type: Contract
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Berkshire)
Responsibilities
* Lead on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
* Define and drive the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and governance
* Design & implement ServiceNow modules
* Ensure platform scalability, security and integrations with other enterprise systems
* Solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance boards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align solutions with business objectives.
Required Experience
* 3+ years\' in ServiceNow technical architecture
* Implementation of core and advanced ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.)
* Integration of ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
* ServiceNow qualifications (desirable)
