About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. * A calm, consistent and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (but not essential)

* A Level 2 or above qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare, Youth Work, or a related field
* Experience working with SEMH needs or behaviour-focused roles
