Position:
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Primary Care Healthcare Support Worker across GP Practices in East Ayrshire.
What you will do:
This role is based within General Practice in North HSCP, working as part of an integrated nursing team model and wider general practice multidisciplinary team.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of quality, person-centred nursing care and defined nursing interventions, primarily in a community and treatment room setting, to a cluster population and the wider locality.
