The Role As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a small team, work closely with senior leadership, and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and impact. You’ll oversee everything from brand management and PR to digital campaigns, content creation, and events—while keeping a sharp eye on ROI, market insights, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. Lead, coach, and inspire a marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns. Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all communications. Deliver impactful marketing campaigns, sales tools, and event strategies. Produce engaging content including blogs, emails, web copy, and brochures. Conduct market research and analyse performance to inform strategy. Manage budgets, track ROI, and maintain strong agency/supplier partnerships. Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align marketing with commercial objectives. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in B2B marketing with at least 5 years in progressive marketing roles. Proven in leading and delivering successful multi-channel campaigns. Skilled in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools. A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Comfortable managing budgets and presenting strategy at senior level.
