Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking for a role where you can really make a difference? Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team in Milton Keynes. Please note this is a temporary role with long-term potential and no set finish date.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries over the and email. From arranging collections and repairs to keeping customers updated every step of the way, you'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless service experience.
Customer Service Administrator - What you'll be doing:
* Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring all queries are responded to promptly.
* Logging customer enquiries and warranty details accurately into the system.
* Coordinating collections and returns for service or repair items.
* Keeping customers fully updated by liaising with technicians and internal teams.
* Supporting your colleagues and adapting to the team's workload when needed.
* Working in line with agreed processes, KPIs, and service standards.
Customer Service Administrator - What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
* Previous experience in a customer service role (minimum 1 year, ideally tele-based).
* Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with IT systems.
* A positive team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
