Group Tax Reporting Analyst

£70,000 - £95,000 DOE + bonus & benefits
Location: London offices - Zone 1
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days in office / 3 days remote per week
Responsibilities include:
1. Financial Reporting: Compile monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax results for the group under IFRS, and convert the consolidated figures to US GAAP for a major joint-venture partner, ensuring accurate disclosures for minority investors.
2. Entity Reporting: Coordinate the tax close for a wide network of legal entities. Own and enhance the digital toolset supporting entity reporting, including automation and data visualization through platforms such as Alteryx and Power BI.
3. Effective Tax Rate & Cash Tax Forecasting: Project future ETR and cash tax outcomes by analyzing shifts in product portfolio, commercial strategy, and global tax legislation, providing insights for executive decision-making.
4. Tax Risk Reporting: Manage the enterprise tax risk reporting cycle, collaborating with senior stakeholders and external advisers to deliver transparent, action-oriented risk dashboards.
5. Public Country-by-Country Disclosure: Prepare the group's CbCR statement, validating data in partnership with regional finance teams to ensure accuracy for public disclosure.
6. Process Optimization & Change Leadership: Leverage the ERP environment and manage outsourced partners to streamline, standardize, and future-proof tax reporting processes.
7. People Development: Mentor and coach junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that encourages career growth and continuous learning.
About You:
* Chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent)
* Proven experience in Financial Reporting and Tax
* Fluent in English (written & spoken)
* Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
