About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will contribute significantly to teaching and learning across the school, helping to create a positive, engaging environment where every child can thrive. Your responsibilities will include: Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support Assisting with lesson planning, delivery, and follow-up activities Helping to maintain an inclusive, safe, and stimulating classroom Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to smooth classroom routines Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents What We’re Looking For Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school A positive, enthusiastic approach and a genuine passion for supporting learning Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable Why Join Teaching Personnel?
