Our role: A committed SEN Teaching Assistant working closely with a student with an EHCP, providing tailored support throughout the school day.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Deliver 1:1 support from 9am–3pm
* Build trust and encourage positive engagement
* Support emotional regulation and academic development
* Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists

Qualifications & expectations
* Experience supporting SEN students or a strong interest in the field
