* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* Contract: Long-term role
* Term time only – school holidays off

Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support for students with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 or group basis.
* Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behaviour strategies and personalised plans.
Qualifications
* Experience supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviour.
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
