Full-Time Southwest UK fully remote

If you thrive in a delivery-focused role, enjoy building long-term candidate relationships, and have experience supporting international moves, able to manage client accounts and build and extend relationships with them, and also keen to build or continue your team leadership, this could be your next great fit. About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Consultant to join our remote team and take ownership of end-to-end candidate delivery for our global clients. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers, focusing purely on sourcing, screening, managing processes, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for candidates relocating internationally.
No cold calling. No chasing new business. Just pure, high-quality recruitment delivery, and ability to drive placements, with a future role of driving our success across our clients.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in tech recruitment
* Comfortable on teams, using Calendly, and able to full explore candidates real goals and ambitions
* Strong track record in candidate delivery and process management
* Experience supporting international hiring or relocations (preferred)
* Someone who genuinely enjoys candidate care, and driving improved closing %
* Previous Software, Infrastructure, Security, Technology Research, Electronics, Hardware / FPGA experience is a preferred.
