Role Requirements
You will be either Solicitors, CILEXs, or Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) with experience dealing with a range of Residential Property conveyancing matters.

* Sales/purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Auction sales
* New build sales
* Shared Ownership transactions
* Enfranchisement
* Commercial sales/transfers, and leases
Additional Skills
* IT literate
* Experience working with Case Management systems
Work Environment
Very relaxed practice in terms of working hours and billing targets.
