Job Details
Location: New Milton - Hybrid | Hours: 35 hours per week | Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 09:00–17:00 | Salary: £20,000 per annum | Start date: June 2026

About You
* A good standard or secondary education
* Not already hold a CIPD qualification Level 3 (or above)
* Right to work in the UK and meet the Apprenticeship Funding eligibility criteria
* GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade A–C / 9–4
* Eligibility and commitment to undertake a Supply Chain apprenticeship
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* A positive, reliable and “can‑do” attitude
* Previous office, administration or customer service experience (desirable)
* Awareness or interest in supply chain, procurement or logistics (desirable)
Responsibilities
* Assist with the creation, sending and follow‑up of purchase orders
* Support the purchasing inbox, process requests to purchase and supplier queries
* Maintain accurate data within the ERP system and escalating any issues where needed
* Help prepare and update planning sheets and supply chain documentation
* Support third‑party warehouse queries and issue resolution
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider Supply Chain team
